My swim was average, not great
No timing chips at the race
My bike was very average. I am not strong on the bike and I am especially slow on hills.
What would you do differently?:
Train harder, new bike
I felt ok, not great during the run
What limited your ability to perform faster:
I had not trained especially hard, mostly my running was limited due to injury over the summer
I really liked this venue and the race. The trail run was a great change of pace. It was not my strongest race of the year, but I am proud of an AG win.
I hope this race continues to grow and become more established.
