Tough day at the office.
What would you do differently?:

Would have tried harder to stay on the run/walk.

Warm down:

Calves cramped at the finish line. Stood in the ice water pool for a few minutes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat, limited long run (only 18miles), humidity.
The heat and humidity slowed everybody down this year.

Event comments:

I wish the gatorade wasn't so watered down.
