Pre-race routine:

Aired up tires and layed out transition area. Had a gel and drank some pickle juice about 15 mins before the swim. The pickle juice has helped me overcome foot cramps during the swim.

It got hot on the run. I was able to stay cool and hydrated though. I tend to be okay in the heat. My run goal was to break an hour and I was able to achieve that.
What would you do differently?:

More brick practice. Running off the bike is tough.
