What would you do differently?: Need to work on form and sighting. Probably added 200 meters on my own because I suck at sighting. Transition 1
Comments: I ran in my bike shoes. Not good at riding and getting bare feet into shoes. What would you do differently?: Work on pedaling on top of shoes. Bike
Comments: A flat and dropped chain at mile 8 really cost me some time. What would you do differently?: Train harder for the bike leg Transition 2
What would you do differently?: unclip and pedal on top of shoes til dismount line. Run
Comments: It got hot on the run. I was able to stay cool and hydrated though. I tend to be okay in the heat. My run goal was to break an hour and I was able to achieve that. What would you do differently?: More brick practice. Running off the bike is tough. Post race

Aired up tires and layed out transition area. Had a gel and drank some pickle juice about 15 mins before the swim. The pickle juice has helped me overcome foot cramps during the swim.
No swim warm up allowed, just did some light stretching of my arms.
