Long wade due to shallow water, but it allowed me to move into space easily.

Started a little too hard before settling in. Need to practice steady rythm the whole way.

I would go harder. I took it a little too easy to save energy for the run.

My running is definitely my weak link. Unfamiliarity with the bike leg hurt a little.
