Got up at 6:30. took a shower ate & some eggs.
Event warmup:

I did pretty well for me. My first mile was in the 7's. I then backed off a little for the bike. Felt great

No transition times. I have no idea what time it could be but it went smooth. Was stuck in traffic during the mount

I have the course at 10.7 and my average speed of over 20 mph on my Garmin. I guess the transition time was put into the bike. I only had to hit the brakes one time during a congested turn.
What would you do differently?:

No transition times but when I was racking my bike I was the first one there. As I put the bike on the rack, the rack collapsed . wasted about 2 minutes fixing it.

Not waste time fixing rack. Just go

My garmin had me at a 8 min mile, so again, I guess transition2 time was put into run

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing much. I had a good day except for bike rack breaking during transition 2 which set me back about 2 min. I should have dropped my bike and just ran

Event comments:

I wish they had a start time based on chip instead of everyone just going? No transition times? What’s up with that? Putting those times into run and bike is horrible. Fun race. Good way to End season
