What would you do differently?: More training, I have gotten lazy here for a while now, form is poor ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Did T1 with Shoes mounted on peddles. Started good until I tried to mount and my left shoes popped out. Stopped picked it and and rode with one leg while working on getting the other shoe on. Not the best T1, but still quick. What would you do differently?: More practice ![]() Bike
Comments: Put my front tire on backwards, didn't realize until race started, didn't have speed and my cadence was cutting in and out. Air in my back tire started to give way and made peddling a little harder. What would you do differently?: Tire the right way. Get the race a few minuted early, I felt very rushed. Mroe set-up the night before ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Couldn't find my rack immediately. What would you do differently?: More time to set my stuff up before race starts. Legs burning running out of transition ![]() Run

Warm down: Walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: I have gained some weight recently and getting hit by a car a week ago made me a little timid on the bike. I need to work on speed workouts and getting comfortable in the saddle. Event comments: One two aid stations on run, not bad but all in the first mile of each loop, need to spread them out. I like the have harder course to thin out the crowds. I tend to compete better with hills because of my strength on the bike. Last updated: 2006-06-02 12:00 AM
