Event comments:

This was an excellent race. You swam in the bay at 73.5°F temperatures so you didn't need a wetsuit, but you could wear one. Start was based on age group waves so you didn't have too much jostling. The bike was excellent since you got to ride on the Atlantic City Expressway. There was wind in one direction so you were slow going west, but fast going east. The run was on the famous Atlantic City boardwalk. It was a great run and a good surface on the boardwalk. Excellent drink stations using Hammer (drink and gels)and Gatorade.
