Swim
Comments: Caught up to the wave before me and had to start navigating through people and sighting a lot more. Then, swallowed some water which caused me to throw up while swimming. this impacted my swim time by a minute or so as I was no longer feeling to great. What would you do differently?: Not swallow water, haha Transition 1
Comments: Had a tough time getting my tri shirt on as I do not like to swim in this. I can feel the drag. Had trouble clicking into the bike. What would you do differently?: Click into the bike faster, and do something else with a shirt. Bike
Comments: Need some more work on the bike. Still can't get to quick. May have not felt right as well as the stomach was a little upset from the sea water. What would you do differently?: Practice more on the bike. Transition 2
Comments: The bike in was crowded. People were holding up racers by walking their bikes. Some guy left his wetsuit right where my bike was supposed to go. Had to move that. What would you do differently?: Besides the slowdowns because of the traffic in front of me nothing. This T2 was smooth. Run
Comments: Had a decent run. Just a minute per mile more than my usual 5K's. Had some major cramping which I think in turn was a result of swallowing sea water. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
