Comments: started feeling bad around mile 4; back started killing around 7; could barely run by 8. hip started in ... and then hip pain started going into my knee around mile 10 when i tried running. finished running, though i hurt a lot. What would you do differently?: train better. Post race
Warm down: walked around trying not to die. What limited your ability to perform faster: back dying ... probably due to a weaker core. i also didn't train that well. Event comments: gus need to be before mile 10. i carry my own, but y'know. Last updated: 2012-09-23 12:00 AM
