Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 3 when my wife got up to leave, then fell back to sleep till 5. Coffee and Cliff bar on the way to the beach.

Good run, felt fine and tried to keep an even pace.
What would you do differently?:

One of my better runs, maybe could have pushed it some more.
In hindsight had I known that I was 7 seconds off of third I would have tried harder to pass the guy in front of me, I saw him and just kinda stayed behind him.

Great race for me, rare day that I'm not sure I would or could have changed anything.
