Pre-race routine:

Ate p and J and gatorade. Loaded up stuff night before and got some ice before driving to race. Got to race early at around 6am and sit up transition.

Well definitely start incorporating fartliks now. Need to keep weight down and energy up

Drank and ate after race. Walked around and socialized. Met family and gave wife a fat juicy one!

Didnt train hard enough for run
