The transition had about a .25 mile run with the bike which I had to do barefooted because this was the 1st time that I had decided to do a fyling mount, my shoes were rubber banded to the bike.

I would have run spinergy in the rear instead of the disc

Very hilly course, the heat got to me. Went too hard on the bike and blew up on the run.

Better bike pace and more drinking

Boca races always start late and the course is always off in some way, most of the time too short but it's a tri in Hawaii so totally awesome.
