Comments: I am a horrible runner! FINALLY felt warmed up for the entire race and able to breathe by mile 2. 30/37 F What would you do differently?: Need to improve running if possible. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around and hydrated. What limited your ability to perform faster: Very, very salty meal for dinner the night before and got very bloated. Had a lot of difficulty breathing until halfway through the run. Event comments: Nice to meet and "race" with Hunter Kemnper who finished in under 49 minutes.... Swam about 5 minutes but could not breathe well or get warmed up.
