Comments: cutting the sleeves on my wetsuit helped a bit but still a big struggle to get out What would you do differently?: hopefully a new wetsuit next year.. Bike
Comments: hilly course, was hoping to do the bike in about 3 hours so i was a little over but i kept my heart rate down for most of it, still need to get more comfortable going down hills Transition 2
Comments: i always usually have a good t2 dont know what everyone else does in there ha but i did have to wait 30sec or so for a bathroom to open up outside of transition Run
Comments: had to keep telling myself to slow down at first, good about taking gatorade at the aid stations and having some shot blocks to keep my energy up but overall a good time for myself What would you do differently?: focus on form the last few miles Post race
