try to draft better and stay with ppl to draft off of

cutting the sleeves on my wetsuit helped a bit but still a big struggle to get out

hilly course, was hoping to do the bike in about 3 hours so i was a little over but i kept my heart rate down for most of it, still need to get more comfortable going down hills

i always usually have a good t2 dont know what everyone else does in there ha but i did have to wait 30sec or so for a bathroom to open up outside of transition

had to keep telling myself to slow down at first, good about taking gatorade at the aid stations and having some shot blocks to keep my energy up but overall a good time for myself

focus on form the last few miles

stronger quads and better run form

really liked the race and good setup, challenging course but not ridiculously hard, would def do another rev 3 event in the future
