Pre-race routine:

Ate toast and peanut butter + coffee and water; had everything loaded and ready to pull out of the driveway the night before after eating pizza for dinner.

What would you do differently?:

I should of warmed up in the water; I also should of lined up a little more to the outside. I ran in and by the time I rounded the first bouy I was sucked into the middle of the pack and couldn't break free and lay down a decent pace until about 250 yd. in

took to long rinsing feet at my station. A spray was set up coming into transition which would of been enough.

Strong bike on my first tri bike. distance was cut short due to hurricane damage. a few potholes but not bad. got held up coming back into transition by other people.
