Mile 1 - Getting loose
Mile 2 - Felt okay
Mile 3-4 - Felt really good
Mile 5 - started feeling my lack of preparedness and a vague need to puke
Mile 6 - It sucked. I remember thinking, "Dear God, will this race never end?"
What would you do differently?:

Ummmmmmm...train, for starters. Honestly, this was a kick-my-own-ass to get started again race.

Gatorade and a gentle walk.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I didn't train. I am fat. I am old.

Event comments:

Worthy race for an even worthier cause. I will wear this shirt with pride.
