It's hard to move fast when it's cold and your hands don't function properly. Still a decent transition for me.

On such a short course, I really expected to avg 22 or something. I should have previewed the course more. Mostly hills with several turns slowed me down quite a bit.

I haven't been running either really but just wanted to go under 20min. It was hilly and I hurt for most of the run but felt I did pretty good nonetheless.
