Warm down: Walk to Jeep .25 mile eating banana and drinking water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Didn't prepare well with training, diet, or sleep. Event comments: Pool swim is interesting, pool deck was too crowded with spectators and racers all crowded into limited space. Spectators should all be outside fence. Transition racks are way too tight and difficult to navigate while others are in the racks. Too many turns and U-turns on the bike course limit overall bike speed.
