Comments:

I thought that I was having difficulty with the swim because I had a small cold and that's why I couldn't breathe but it was due to the Nineteen Rogue SS. I practiced with it in the pool but for some reason couldn't breathe with it under race conditions. I didn't realize this until CSTS race #5 when I was in a full blown panic.
What would you do differently?:

Ditch the speed suit

I went all out on the bike to see what would happen to my run. I thought that I could make some big improvements here. I had always held out and tried to save for the run.
What would you do differently?:

This was my 1st race running trispokes front and rear, felt amazingly fast.

I blamed the shoes, zoot ali'i but in retro spec it was not the shoes fault it was my effort on the bike.
