So I was feeling very confident based on training that I was going to have a great swim. My 1st 100 was super strong but then my breathing fell apart and I went into panic mode as everyone was passing me and I got crawled over and swatted several times. At 1 point I tried to take off the speedsuit during the swim because I was having so much trouble breathing. After the 2nd buoy, I calmed down and had a good swim.

Rode a trispoke up front and disc in the rear. I tried to put it all out on the bike again.

it's race using newton nv2 shoes. only last 5 seconds in transition while I put socks on. the overall time saved in the run made this a worthwhile tradeoff.
