Comments: Took my time, saving energy for the run course. Had a good time and stayed with a pack from the beginning to mile 50; broke away and finished strong. What would you do differently?: Increase avg speed to 18. Transition 2
Comments: Very fast and clean transition. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: First 7 miles were comfortable; last 6.1 were very hard. took rests at latter aid stations and walked brief periods between miles 7-11; ran last 2.1 miles @ good pace. What would you do differently?: Pace myself a little more in beginning and train more running in prep for event. Post race
Warm down: stretching, drank water, sat down in shade, ate some pizza after 45 minutes of c/d; walked to stay loose. What limited your ability to perform faster: need to train running more, but thats it. All the work in the pool and on the bike this year paid off.
