Better goggles. Goggles fogged up about half way through and ended up taking them off half way into the swim.

What would you do differently?:

Pretty pleased based on the fact that I could not walk on left foot the week leading up to the race. Injured it and stretched some tendons on top of foot on long training run about two weeks out.

Event comments:

This was my first Half Ironman, and goal was 6:30 or under. Felt really good about my time overall especially with the foot injury that really affected my run. Will do this race every year and plan on focusing on swim and run in off season.
