Pre-race routine:

wake, eat some breakfast... walk around.. meditations focus on what has to be done to finish race.. Because i hadn't trained for this event.. Had to think smart
Event warmup:

Listen to a few hype tunes before exiting my vehicle..
Mile warm-up, get blood flowing..calm the pre race jitters. find my corral and start 2 behind. Starting in my corral would have been a bad idea. I just wanted to finish.

Giving my preparedness i cant complain about my performance here.. Trained i can run this sub 1:25..

it was a muggy morning.. got a little humid around mile 7

Warm down:

Walked around and stretched... I had to go to work immediately after completion..

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training was the limiting factor..

great race.. J&A racing does a good job with events. I like the revamped course.
