Comments: This was harder than it looked. Kept slipping forward on the seat due to wet suit. What would you do differently?: Maybe a towel on the seat? Transition 2
Run
Comments: Treadmill was started at 7:00 / mile pace. Jumped on while belt was moving. Sped up to 6:00 / mile pace. Held that for about a mile, then slowed to 6:18. Finished the last 1/4 mile at 5:45 pace. What would you do differently?: Could I have pushed it more? Post race
Warm down: Walked some on the treadmill. Stretched a bit. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of recent training, motivation, mental toughness. Event comments: From pictures, looked like post-race food and drinks were nice. Last updated: 2012-11-13 12:00 AM

Arrived early and swam 30 minutes or so.
