Peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Preworkout drink 90 minutes before race.

Pee, pee again..... and pee one more time. Stay in car to stay warm.

Event comments:

I gave this race a 2 since the volunteers made an error on the course and we only ran 12.1 miles instead of 13.1. So, I really cannot use this as a PR or anything.

It is a VERY hilly course and on the return run you have to climb 200' in elevation in additiona to going up and down hills--- so it is really uphill all the way back.
