all in all felt good. can't complain about performance.. i ran smart and according to my conditioning. kept pace in check.. ran negative splits.
What would you do differently?:
of course run more.. im typically a 52-54 min 10k runner.
walked around and did some active stretches.

i was back and forth about this race. I hadn't trained much.. so my running partner and i were going back and forth via text. she finally said get your ass up and lets do it..
didn't do much for warmup.. short run to car to put wallet away.
I told myself if i kept it around 10 min/miles i will complete
