Comments: The first 1.5 miles from Concrete/Asphalt/Wood chips had pretty good shin splint pain. After that either the pain went away or I forgot to hurt :) Opened my gait up quite a bit after about 2 miles and definitely did better, now to make this a habit! What would you do differently?: Pre-Hydrate; IPOD with my run tracks Post race
Warm down: Breath! Then ran a 1 mile fun run with my 3 youngest children. Caleb tore it up and ran like a banshee and we never caught him! Proud of my bride and kids! What limited your ability to perform faster: Mind! Event comments: Volunteers misdirected the run resulting in the course being 5.2 miles in length instead of 6.2. Last updated: 2012-11-24 12:00 AM
