Comments: Had a really good race. Got out fast. Started front line right in the middle. Felt like sighting was good. Course was a bit long at 1.3 miles according to my watch. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Good start to the race. Transition 1
Comments: The transition was a mud pit. Put shoes on a ran through so I didn't have mud in my shoes. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Started the first 20 and just held between 20-21mph. Was feeling really good. At mile 20, up the pace to 21-22mph. At 2hrs in my hip started hurting. Never got better. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Pray my hip didn't hurt. Transition 2
Comments: Transition was more of a mud pit. Couldn't run with the bike. Had to go cyclocross style What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Quads started cramping as soon as I started the run. The hip still hurt. The back started spasming at mile 8. Had to do a walk every 1/2-1 mile. Still a HIM run PR for me. What would you do differently?: Not cramp. Post race
