Up 3 hours before race, had a yougurt and half a soda for breakfast.

Comments:

Very crowded at beginning, should have started in a faster corral. I passed alot of people and I think that is what kept my pace up.
What would you do differently?:

Start in a faster corral.
Post race
Warm down:

Had a water and a couple of cookies. Long walk after the race.

Event comments:

Good event! Very festive of course, not a great race for the ultra serious runner. Very organized event and plenty of great volunteers!!! I would like to do this one again!
