Comments: Not my best effort in a half, the goal was to run everything and I did. Next yr I will continue the long runs into bike season. What would you do differently?: Continue long runs into outdoor biking season. Mix more bike into the fall season and winter on the trainer as to keep up the run volume int the spring. Post race

Bland diet for 2 days before, chicken adn rice. Vegetables as filler, I did cheat and ate a few chips for salt. Enduralites 1 the morning before and 1 the night before. Hydrated with gatorade.
