Comments: Not my best effort in a half, the goal was to run everything and I did. Next yr I will continue the long runs into bike season. What would you do differently?: Continue long runs into outdoor biking season. Mix more bike into the fall season and winter on the trainer as to keep up the run volume int the spring. ![]() Post race

Bland diet for 2 days before, chicken adn rice. Vegetables as filler, I did cheat and ate a few chips for salt. Enduralites 1 the morning before and 1 the night before. Hydrated with gatorade.
