Comments:

A new PR (43:56) without much suffering. Nice people out today on a mostly flat course with perfect weather.
What would you do differently?:

Didn't see any mile markers out on the course, but I knew I had taken it out too fast after the first 5K loop. Was still catching and passing runners at mile four, but a couple slipped past me after mile five. I'd like to be able to run the same over all time with even 5/10K splits.

Small event. Nice people out on the course running for a good cause. Too bad more spectators didn't turn out.
