Swim
Comments: It was the waviest it has been for all the times I have done K-town. Not too fun, but we had been training in the waves lately so it wasn't traumatizing. I went off course a bit because I couldn't see very well over the waves. Transition 1
Comments: I felt like crap coming out of the swim What would you do differently?: Be healthier! Bike
Comments: I think it is hysterical that that bike was the best leg of the race for me because it totally sucked!! I was dragging my butt through the whole thing! AND I DIDN'T FORGET MY BIKE SHOES THIS TIME...YAY FOR ME! Transition 2
Run
Comments: The run felt the best of all, and of course, it was my worst leg placement-wise! I had fun on the run, going by everyone I knew and cheering them on Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Feeling like poo Event comments: The FOOD at K-Town is fantastic!! I really love this race...can't wait till next year! Last updated: 2006-06-10 12:00 AM

I had been feeling unwell all week and had to totally convince myself to go this morning. I was nervous as all heck, which is unusual for me. I have always felt great before racing until today. Ate, drove to Kingston and yakked to all my Kingston Multisport (KMS) buddies. Met Michel in transition too!
Ran a bit...was so tired that I didn't want to waste any extra energy warming up
