 Comments: Horrible Transition. Couldn't breathe from lack of training, couldn't get my jersey on from being too fat. What would you do differently?: Have all my gear better organized in a systematic manner. Race belt for the bib. Seriously consider a tri-suit.  Bike 
 Comments: Bike felt good. Slow at first, but maintained a decent pace. What would you do differently?: Train more, pedal harder.  Transition 2

 Comments: Coming off the bike into the run was the hardest part of the race for me. My legs just didn't want to work. That first mile was brutal, but I just powered through it. I think I honestly paced better than I ever do running at home. What would you do differently?: Train more!  Post race Warm down: Bar-B-Que pork and beer!
