Comments: Very please with my swim since I figured 9 minutes and I did it in 7:35. Two lengths of back stroke to catch my breath What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1

Comments: Decided this time to have my shoes all tied up and just slipped them on which was better What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: For me this was a brutal run since I had stomach craps and had to walk a lot. It was also hot. Saw other people walking What would you do differently?: Not eat a banana an hour before the race since it didn't mix and just had differen't cramps. Post race

Woke up, ate cereal and bread with peanut butter and started with gatoraid. Drove to the race site and my bike and the wife's back on the rack and set up transition. Drank some more gatorade and ate a banana. Watched some of the first heats and said hi to Melanie before the race.
5 minute jog and a couple of sprints
