Post race
Warm down: Walking and stretching for warm-down. What limited your ability to perform faster: Riding a mountain bike made for a slow bike time. Ran with existing lower leg injury which greatly impacted my run time. Event comments: 2005 Race: Good effort for the first annual Redondo Beach Triathlon.
