What limited your ability to perform faster:

Riding a mountain bike made for a slow bike time. Ran with existing lower leg injury which greatly impacted my run time.

Event comments:

2005 Race: Good effort for the first annual Redondo Beach Triathlon. Good fast courses, and a huge amount of great food after the race.
