Comments: They changed the swim course this year, and may have made it longer than last year. Perhaps it had been too short. However, it also now requires a little more running from the shoreline to T1. What would you do differently?: Swim faster. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Could stand to be a bit more accomplished in removing the wetsuit and putting on the bike shoes. May also want to consider wearing bike/run shirt under wetsuit next time. Bike
What would you do differently?: Do more speed training on the bike in the weeks before this race to better prepare for this short, all-out-all-the-way bike leg. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Need to be able to change shoes faster. Run
What would you do differently?: Make sure all injuries are fully healed before running the week before a race. Post race
Warm down: Walking & stretching for warm-down. What limited your ability to perform faster: Re-injured my lower right leg shortly after the first mile in the run portion of the race.
