Comments: Little slow, had my shoes slipped into a bag to stay dry it was raining when I set up transition. Also put on my number belt which normally I put on for the run. Bike
Comments: Good showing for me, I don't do any off road riding. My bike handleing was overall very good. The course this year was marked better and the trail was wider and the grassy areas cut lower. What would you do differently?: Ride off road more. Transition 2

Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: T1 was slow Event comments: Great race at a very nice location. This is for the novice racer all the way to an advanced racer.
