Pre-race routine:

Ate a solid breakfast and drive to Pittsburgh from Washington PA with Jimmy and my father-in-law.
Event warmup:

Not too much. Basically stood around and tried to keep warm.

Comments:

The half course was very nice. I've run the full here twice and running the half was MUCH more enjoyable! My goal was to be under 2 hours and I completed my goal, so I was happy with that.

Post race
Warm down:

Sat in the car for a few minutes, then headed back to the finish area to greet my father-in-law who ran the full.

Event comments:

I love the atmosphere at this race.
