Comments: Hilly course. Quad didn't feel good for 1st 7 miles, then relented. Left overs from workouts friday & Saturday. Cramped at 12.48 miles in front of Roanoke Tavern. What would you do differently?: Taper instead of working hard the 2 days before the race. Post race
Warm down: Nothing, talked with Ken S. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramp at mile 12.48, quad pain 1st 1/2 of race.
