Pre-race routine:

Had breakfast bowl of oatmeal and flax toast. Drank lots of water that morning and for the last 2 days.

Tried some warm up but froze in the water waiting for the start as I was the last wave.

Don't use socks or gloves, and wear my jersey under my wetsuit.
