Comments: not bad exit, had a minor issue getting out of the wetsuit...nothing major. got everything else on pretty quick and ran out of the bike entry What would you do differently?: faster! Bike
Comments: new aero bars (Zipp vuka alumina) was happy with them. probably my fastest ride ever. I have improved. Usually, dont complain about drafting. There was a large group maybe 10+ at one time with one another. I try to make a rule with myself and just worry about me. What would you do differently?: get faster Transition 2
Comments: ran into the bike entry, ran, quickly got on my shoes, visor and race number and exited What would you do differently?: faster! Run

Warm down: water, fruit, and walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: losing a few more lbs. i am still hovering about 220 lbs. i am definitely have to be down at least 10 lbs before O'side Event comments: Good race. About 2 miles into the run, i asked myself why I was doing the Olympic the next morning. I did well. I got podium'd with a 2nd. My team did well too. woke up at 430 usual business. Left at 5am, got a egg n cheese burrito with gatorade. Got a nice spot at the end of transition and set up. Had a gatorade prime before race. Also took some salt stick
dynamic warm up with a 1 mile run. Got into the water and swam for a few minutes before the swim.
