Had an English Muffin with peanut butter, set up transition, and waited

Did not feel good at all until about half way through. I just cant get used to people hittin my feet and running into people.
What would you do differently?:

Just stay calm and focus on getting through it

Wetsuit got stuck on the massive timing chip and i had to sit to get out of it. Not an efficient transition

Work on getting the wetsuit off quicker

I felt very good on the bike. Really worked on hills this year and it paid off. Kept getting passed on the downhills though...
What would you do differently?:

I think i just need to upgrade the bike. I got as much as i could out of the converted road bike

Get in and get out faster. 16 seconds here could have gotten me under 1:24

Push myself just a little bit harder

Transitions and mental toughness. Let my head get the best of me in th eswim and run portion

Event comments:

Great race for a great cause and a good start for the season. No swag bag this year and they got started late.
