The first few miles were rough! I was out of it from swim, my gears weren't working and then my chain fell off. I panicked at first and then I focused and got it on and finihsed the race hard!
What would you do differently?:

Lots...I need more practice on bike. I did feel good the last 2/3rds of race however.

I passed everyone I came upon. It felt great. I held back some because I was unsure of myself but I wish I had pushed it more. I had a GU at mile 4.
