Comments: I passed at least 10-12 people during the swiming part. I guess they reported shorter times for the 400m than they really can make. other than that I felt good. What would you do differently?: train more ![]() Transition 1
Comments: i was just planning to put on a t-shirt for cycling. the shirt got stuck and it took me at least 20sec to get it on. What would you do differently?: swim with a tri top. ![]() Bike
Comments: it was really fun on the way in (down hill) but prietty tough on the way back (up hill) and took a lot of energy getting through the hills. I made it slower than expected. should train and target for 35 min. What would you do differently?: train more hill course ![]() Transition 2
Comments: transition was good. I was prietty tired after the bike so spent some time drinking and catching my breath before going out for the run. ![]() Run

Warm down: streching and re-hidrate What limited your ability to perform faster: inexperience (this was my first triathlon) and need to train more on the bike Event comments: everything was very orginized. the only thing that I didnt like is that the transition area for the finishers was open even when some racers where still going through the transition (bike-running).
