Comments: Totally forgot swim form during race, wasn't pulling water, plus trouble catching breath without getting water at the same time. What would you do differently?: Work on swim form ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Trouble with dancer pad folding in the shoe and to take off cycle shoe and start again. ![]() Bike
Comments: Good bike course, a few puddles from rain the night before. Definately my best leg. What would you do differently?: Just work on leg strength. I keep on spinning out at the highest gear on the flats. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Forgot to loosen running shoes which cost me time plus transition area was narrow and someone right in front of me decided to take a lesurely stroll through T2. What would you do differently?: Different laces for the shoes and remember to loosen them in T setup ![]() Run
Comments: Had to use restroom and it was on run course not in transition. Pain in side the whole run, plus HR was too high (upper 160's) most of the run. ![]() Post race

Got up around 4:45am, oatmeal for breakfast, double checked transition bag, tire pressure, packed the truck and was there about 6am.
Couple of laps in the pool and stretching.
