good start, decent pace, swim right through the shallows, never stop early, hard on legs to wade

cramped again, last year same run was under 5 minute k's, it is a beautiful run with enough water stations, was hot again and seem not to respond so well in heat

this race is at a good time of year and a terrific setting, seemed to be at capacity this year with many more entrants than previous year, this made for some long lines, and difficulty getting post race stuff unless you wanted to wait in line, cannot get a nicer swim or run than this if you like beaches, clean water, no cars and lots of people
