Was doing this with Pops so there was no 'racing' for me today.

Since I was the very last swimmer I waited about 125 yards before getting in after pops. And apparently I can't use my IMLP shorts in the pool lol. Every time I pushed off the wall they came down...so I had to stop pushing off the wall! Was quite funny actually but also annoying has I had to pull them up every once and a while.

I got to the end at the exact same time as pops and we hopped out together.
What would you do differently?:

Wear different shorts? lol

This didn't end up being a 5k for us. Course was poorly marked and we got lost. My garmin said 4m at the end.

Warm down:

Really enjoyed doing this with him. He's probably one and done and that's ok. It was an enjoyable morning for us.

Event comments:

Wasn't a fan. The run course was poorly marked. We got lost and ran into other runners who where looking for the course...just really bad.
