know the route - push harder. confidence. everyone else has jelly legs after the bike and their runs are slower than yours!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

mental.... thought the marshals had sent us the wrong way, and i thought i was about 10th... was actually 4th.... at start of r2

Event comments:

Marshals on the run were terrible.

Bike course would have been much nicer with 2 long laps rather than 4 short ones.
