Comments: Ride was OK. No socks. Watched the HRM but it was higher than I would have liked. Tired to keep it at a comfortable pace. Stayed in the aero position except when taking sharp turns or drinking. What would you do differently?: continue to train Transition 2

Comments: Had a brief shower at the start of my run. Wore socks but still ended up getting blister on my toe. What would you do differently?: Train more Post race
Warm down: Got water and snack. walked around. What limited your ability to perform faster: Having sore legs leading up to the race limited any run training for the month prior to the rce.
