Comments: Shoes were off bike. Clipped in on the jump. Slammed myself into the seat which hurt! What would you do differently?: Not walk, but more of a run to my bike transition. Bike
Comments: This was a well marked course, on some rough county roads, but overall a good ride. What would you do differently?: Maybe go a little harder on the ride. I kept slowing myself down to save up for the run. Transition 2
Comments: I didnt remove my helmet or shoes until I racked the bike. The rack was close to the entrance which was good. What would you do differently?: Not slow down on the transition. Run
Comments: Slow and steady. Had a cramp in the right thigh so I didn't push it. What would you do differently?: Train for some speed, as I can now do the distance. Post race
